By accessing and using CourtVision, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CourtVision provides basketball-related content including live NBA scores, player statistics and comparisons, training drills and workouts, gear reviews, and premium subscription content. We source live data from publicly available APIs (ESPN, NBA) and make no guarantees about real-time accuracy.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

CourtVision sources data from ESPN's publicly available (but unofficial) API endpoints and other public NBA data feeds. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or correctness of any statistics, scores, or other data displayed. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or differ from official NBA records. CourtVision should not be used as the sole basis for gambling, fantasy sports, or any financial decisions.

4. API Usage

CourtVision provides a read-only API for programmatic access to basketball data. API consumers must respect rate limits and may not use the API for commercial purposes without written permission. The API is provided on an “as-is” basis and may change without notice.

5. Free & Premium Services

Free features are available to all users without registration
Premium features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the site
Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers
Reproduce, duplicate, or resell premium content
Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CourtVision, including text, graphics, training programs, and software, is the property of CourtVision or its content suppliers. NBA team names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

8. Disclaimer

CourtVision is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of live scores, statistics, or any other data. Training drills are for informational purposes — consult a physician before starting any exercise program.

9. Limitation of Liability

CourtVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Terms of Service FAQ

Do I need an account to use CourtVision?

No. The majority of CourtVision's features -- including live scores, player stats, comparisons, training drills, games, and the glossary -- are available without any account or registration. A premium subscription is only required for advanced analytics dashboards, ad-free browsing, and exclusive content.

How do I cancel my premium subscription?

Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@courtvision.app. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly, so cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Can I use CourtVision data in my own content?

CourtVision content, including training programs, gear reviews, editorial articles, and original graphics, is protected by copyright. You may reference and link to our content with proper attribution but may not reproduce, duplicate, or resell it. Statistical data sourced from public APIs (ESPN, NBA) is subject to those providers' terms of service. If you have questions about specific use cases, contact us at legal@courtvision.app.

Is the data on CourtVision guaranteed to be accurate?

While we strive for accuracy, CourtVision is provided “as is” without warranties. Live scores and statistics are sourced from third-party APIs and may occasionally have delays or discrepancies. Training drills are for informational purposes only -- always consult a physician before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our data, including fantasy basketball or betting decisions.
